4. Modification of Services: Zeniithra reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue our Services or Software, including any of their features, at any time without liability. In the event of a Service's discontinuation, a pro rata refund will be provided for any prepaid, unused fees.

Use of Service

1. License to Use:You are granted access to and may utilize the Services, provided you comply with these terms and applicable laws.
2. Ownership of Intellectual Property: Zeniithra (and our licensors) retain sole ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in the Services and Software. All rights not explicitly granted under these terms are reserved. You are expressly prohibited from reselling any of our products, Software, and/or Services.
3. Pre-release Versions:We may designate certain Software or Services, or features thereof, as pre-release or beta versions ("Pre-release Versions"). These versions do not represent the final product and may contain bugs leading to system failures or data loss. We reserve the right to decide against commercially releasing the Pre-release Version. Should we request it or release a commercial version, you must promptly discontinue use and destroy all copies of the Pre-release Version. Any separate agreement governing Pre-release Versions supersedes the provisions outlined in this section.

Your Content

You retain all rights and ownership of your content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

We will only interact with your content in restricted manners. For instance, to provide our Services, we may need to engage with your content to (a) address support queries; (b) identify and resolve issues related to fraud, security, or technical matters; (c) enhance our Services, and (d) uphold these terms.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our document signing services. Zeniithra expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of our document signing service is at your own risk, and we make no warranties regarding the security, reliability, or timeliness of our services. Zeniithra does not warrant that our platform or services will meet your requirements, that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects or errors will be corrected. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any document signing data or information provided on our platform. It is your responsibility to assess the suitability of our services for your particular needs and requirements. Our commitment to transparency means that we provide our services with honesty and integrity, without making exaggerated claims or promises about their performance or capabilities.

Termination

You have the option to discontinue using our Services at any time. Please note that terminating your account does not release you from any obligation to settle outstanding fees. Should you choose not to accept new fees or pricing, you can terminate the Services/Agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate the Services/Agreement at any time. In cases where termination is not due to a breach on your part, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days in advance via the email address you have provided. Reasons for termination may include failure to comply with these terms, non-payment of fees, legal requirements, discontinuation of Services, or prolonged account inactivity.
